In our corporate world, people are seeking for experienced resources on their field without knowing the purpose of experience needed for their companies. Why they need experienced resources? Are they utilized effectively after recruiting them on their companies?
I got these questions back of my mind; Why people are running after to gain the experience? Is to get a good job or to do a better job? First of all, what is Experience? Is it only the months or years served on a particular field?
This is what my inner sense tells me about it. Experience = Learning + Implementing it on Day to Day activities + Execute with minimal or Zero error.
The following quotes came to my mind and which helps me realize the value of it;
“Practice makes perfect”. After a long time of practicing, our work will become natural, skillful, swift, and steady.
“I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, But I fear the man who had practiced one kick 10,000 times”.
The above statement is from the world’s best martial artist & one of my favorite sportsman; Bruce Lee – He is a very well-known expert in Martial Arts, and he became a Kung Fu master not by serving days. But, he mastered it through his practices.
Now, I got the answer for my question;
Practice = Experience
Sometimes I used to think ‘How to practice something without the exposure and environment’? Actually, it is not about the exposure and environment to practice the things. It is all about ‘You and Your time’ to practice with your interest and passion towards that profession.
Actually, ‘You can visualize your thoughts and bring out your case studies’.
Motto of this article: To give food for your thoughts.
